I think this is probably the easiest boss fight in Karazhan. She has no adds, no stuns, no fears... she just silences you every few seconds for one second. So long as the healers aren't asleep, this is a free epic and badges each time you go. :)

Your healers should not be in the consecrate. They might move in to it just before the stun, but even then a good group can go 10 second's without heals.

its difficult with a pally tank as they struggle to build threat while spamming holy shield at the same time. I'd recommend a druid or warrior tank for this fight, its doable on a pally tank just annoying.

LOL - no, my guild does a little tactic on it, where the ranged DPS and healers all take a little nook thats around her room. Then they ain't close enough to each other, but when they move in to the correct position, they can keep LOS with the healers as well as maintain distance from other players. Also, theres a nifty little thing to do with BOSacrifice from Pali's to use in her little "stun everyone" phase :P

my healer gimick is that i have heal bot..i set it up so that when anybody is afflicted with something i CAN dispell their name glows red...so i can just alt click their name and i dispell it!...hope that helped

Thats funny I'm a healer and i have no trouble dispelling the holy fire debuff. I use X-Perl which hi-lights the person afflicted in blue so that I know that it is dispellable.
